• Patient Types/Common Diagnoses Seen:
• Medically compromised patients: CHF, COPD, DM, Cardiac
• Ortho, neuro, dementia, general weakness
• Ages vary from early adult to geriatrics

Skills required: General physical therapy skills including but not limited to evaluation, determining effective intervention, medical assessment skills, development of care plans

Floating: If yes, where? Physical Therapy: Position is for the Southern Black Hills to include Hot Springs, Custer, Edgemont, Hill City, Hermosa and surrounding area.

Orientation: Generally, orientation takes approximately 1 week to complete including EPIC orientation, shadowing, documentation process, etc.

Scheduling: All positions are Monday – Friday Operations

Weekend rotation: None

No call

Holiday Expectations: Office is closed on 6 major Holidays

Scrub Color: Any color of scrub is acceptable, or business casual. No denim or sweats.
