Required Skills/Experience:
- Hospital experience.
- Have experience in management to be the PIC/ lead.
- Five years professional experience with two years of management experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Three (2) years of pharmacist experience; Minimum two (2) years in hospital practice preferred.
Preferred Credentials:
- Bachelor of Science degree and/or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
- PharmD preferred; 1-year residency (PGY1) preferred.
Shift & Scheduling: Flexible days and hours (8 or 10 hour shifts)
