Requirements

Experience

36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Information

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Seasonal Flu Vaccine is required if working during flu season (September 15-April 30th).

Must be fully vaccinated (exemptions are reviewed on a very limited basis).

No Block Scheduling for any Travelers at Salem.

Shift & Scheduling: 7 Call shifts per schedule block (4 weeks), dependent upon staffing (3 of those shifts are a full weekend - Friday, Saturday, & Sunday).

Housing: Traveler must secure housing within 30 minutes of Salem Hospital in order to fulfill on-call obligations.

Equipment Used on Unit: PCI, Impella, balloon pump, device implant, ablations etc.. Toshiba X-Ray

Required Skills/Experience: Interventional Cardiac, PCI, Scrub, Cath/EP Lab experience
