All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Shift: Day 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00), Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00). 4x12s or 3x12s available
If candidates have worked as Permanent Staff for any Providence facility they must be separated for at least 3 months prior to working as a traveler.
HOUSING/VEHICLE INFORMATION Facility provides housing and a rental car/vehicle to travelers during assignment. Housing units are typically 1-bedroom apartments. Housing will be available for move-in not earlier than 72 hours before contract begins and not longer than 24 hours after contract ends.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED Housing units are typically large enough to accommodate only the traveler. Bringing additional family members is not common and needs to be approved by the facility. Housing unit will need to be cleaned upon departure or it will be subject to additional cleaning fees billed to traveler.

Holidays: traveler must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year
Can only submit to 1 location within the region (PAMC, Seward, Valdez, Saint Elias Specialty Hospital, and Kodiak)
