Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: Every 3rd to 4th weekend worked.

1 - 2 days of call/week including CVOR call.

Holiday coverage required.

Floating Requirements: Will be required to float to General OR if there are no open-heart cases

Required Skills/Experience: Current open-heart experience of at least two years required, in addition to experience with DaVinci Robot.

Special Requests: Candidates with minimal RTO and willing to either work or take call for the upcoming holidays will receive priority consideration.
