All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week.
No Block Scheduling.
Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.
Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.
Seeking a level IV trained Labor & Delivery nurse.
Must be familiar with Magnesium, insulin drips, NRP certified with advanced external fetal monitoring.
Adhere to AWHONN guidelines as often as we can - 1:1 in active labor and two patients in early, latent labor.
Charge nurse in both L&D and the high risk unit, baby nurse for deliveries.
Every third weekend, holiday rotation.
Orient two shifts.
Must be committed to working - no tolerance for calling in.
Cert: NRP Advance (Must be AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
