Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Long Term Care experience.

ADN completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills / Experience: Recent LTC experience required. (Post acute & LTC). Wound Care Experience/follow MD orders. PIV Insertion/Blood Draws

Required Credentials: Education: Associate's Degree or Certificate

Special Requests: An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

For any RN role: if a candidate has NP licensure, ThedaCare will only consider them for an NP role, not a lower position.

Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence

May only be 1 RN from 0000-1530 at times

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Rotation: Every other

Holiday Rotation As needed

On Call/Call Back Requirements: None

Floating Requirements: Ability to float to Peabody Manor (40 miles).
