Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Home Health experience is required from the last 3 years.

3 months of experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Oasis is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Driver's license required

Additional Details:

If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only)

EMR: HCHB and OASIS Experience Required

Requirements/Experience: Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years

Schedule: Monday-Friday

30 points productivity expected

Can be called off 1 shift per pay period
