Home Plus RC Hospice

Position is for Southern Hills/Custer area.

There are 3 primary field locations for this position – area served will be discussed during the interview: Rapid City – will go as far as 80 miles distance outside of Rapid City; Custer/Hill City; Hot Springs

Patient Types: Home Health and Hospice – dual role when on assignment – training and support can be provided

Skills required: RN: Oasis, hospice philosophy, infection control practices, wound vacs, wound care, picc line dressing changes, port access, IV infusions, drains, critical thinking skills, catheter insertion, drains; Ability to drive at night

Orientation: (facility and unit) We orientate in the field. Office located in basement of the hospice house. 224 Elk Street, Rapid City, SD 57701

Scheduling: Weekend rotation: Days: every third weekend

Call Required: Days: Yes, one 12-hour call shift a week (8p-8a)

Holiday Expectations: will work Holidays, discussed during interview
