Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

ADN completion required

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Must be competent to provide care as the primary nurse in our rural Critical Access Hospital.

Housing: Travelers are responsible for securing their own housing.

Please consider housing options in the surrounding towns: Basalt, Carbondale, & Glenwood Springs

Must be healthy enough to safely function in a low oxygen environment (8k elevation)

RTO: We do not formally approve any RTO, but will do our best to accommodate
