Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Renal Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Details:

Nephrology

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 72 biweekly

Float Requirements: Floating to Manitowoc 2 days per month (will have advanced notice)

On Call/Call Back Requirements: None

Weekend/Holiday Requirements: None

Education: Associates Degree

Minimum Experience: 2+ years of Nephrology experience. Open to endo or dialysis experience.

Scrub Colors: Business casual or scrubs

Candidate must start medical portion of compliance within 48 hours of accepted offer, or 24 hours for a quick start.
