Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

ADN completion required

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Minnesota license

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 or 48 hrs

Weekend Rotation Requirements: 2 out of 4 weekends

Holiday Rotation Requirements: every other

Required Education: Associate Degree or Certificate

Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree

Shift Requirements : 12 hr Variables Day and Night – week rotation

·Float Requirements: will float between critical care units - possible float to lower acuity units based on census and need

TNCC and CCRN preferred certifications ·

Minimum Experience: 1 year minimal acute care experience preferably withing critical care. Preference to have Critical Care experience within the past 3 years. 1 travel assignment preferred

Scrub Colors: Royal Blue

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
