RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network - Must have left in good status, if former employee. ER profiles must include the size of the facility / # beds and the Trauma Level designation (if any) Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.

This facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s.

Clinician-to-Patient Ratio: 1/1 - May visit up to 6 patients per day

1 year of Skilled Home Health Experience - Required

Traveler is expected to have their own transportation

System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time. Occasional maximum radius of roughly 60 miles (60-90 minute total drive time) per day.

Dress Code: Business casual, no jeans, scrubs allowed but not required

Previous employment for Providence - Travel, PRN, Perm - must be noted on submission.

Oasis experience (where and when) must be noted on submission.

All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state
