Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Operating Room experience is required from last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Day Surgery

Can submit with a block scheduling request - The facility will always try and honor, but never guarantee.

Weekend/Holiday: Every 6th weekend for call- every other holiday rotation

On Call/Call Back Requirements: 1 night per week and every 6th weekend - 30 minute response time. This means to be dressed and ready in the OR within the 30 min time frame.

Minimum Experience: 2-3 years of PreOp & admitting, Post Op, PACU, Phase 2 experience

Required: GI experience endoscopy/colonoscopy/ercp ( Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, or ERCP, is procedure to diagnose and treat problems in the liver, gallbladder, bile ducts, and pancreas ; ERCP with Spyglass; bronchoscopy
