Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience : At least 1 year Outpatient or Inpatient *both ideally

Required Credentials: Candidate must start medical portion of compliance within 48 hours of accepted offer, or 24 hrs for a quick start

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Primarily outpatient, some inpatient/swingbed (less than 10%)

Unit/Facility Details: Current Patient Ratio: 45' appts; 9-10 visits/day
