Required Skills/Experience: A minimum of 1 year acute care experience within the most recent 12 months is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Two (2) or more years of previous experience in all aspects of physical therapy preferred.

Required Credentials: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy or graduate of accredited college or university with a certificate in Physical Therapy.
