Travel Nurse (RN) - Bone Marrow Transplant Unit

RNs only - Clinicians who obtained RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold MO/IL/Compact license require extended licensing and compliance timeframe.

Required Skills/Experience: Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias. Skills: IV Therapy/ Infusions, Administration of blood & blood products, Central Line/Implanted Line Care, Chemotherapy, Antiemetics, Foley catheter insertion/management, Isolation Precautions, Telemetry Interpretation, Telemetry monitoring, Pain Management, MS exp.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Skills: Administration of chemotherapy, BMT, PCA pump management.

Required Credentials: Will need to pass Relias EKG exam. ID: Drivers License/State ID, Government-Issued Photo ID.

Wear scrubs. • If you are working a straight night shift: If you are working straight night shift, there is no charge for parking, and you may park in the employee parking (you will receive parking information during orientation). • If you will be working a day/night rotation: you will have to obtain a parking pass for which there is a $70.00 fee per month. The garage that you will be parking in will be Clayton/Taylor Ave location. Bring your license plate number with you on your first day.

Special Requests: RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review. No RTO the first week of an assignment.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend required.

Floating Requirements: Floating is required throughout the Oncology department as needed and will be floated to unit with greatest needed per shift. Will not always be working specifically on 9800 unit. Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals near by.
