Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required from last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

Call Requirements: Yes. Alternating 1100-1930 for call coverage.

Weekend – Discuss during interview.

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hrs.

All travelers are required to float, while on the interview please inform traveler of the Methodist Floating Policy

Prefer 2+ years RN experience in the electrophysiology lab.

Pediatric EP occasionally performed.

5yrs experience in Diagnostic Cardiac Cath/PCI/STEMI, preferred.

Procedures performed on unit: -Diagnostic Cath/ PCI/Structural heart/ TAVR/TMVR -Pediatric EP occasionally performed

Scrubs Provided by department.

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.
