Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Intermediate Care Unit experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license

Additional Details:

In addition to a valid driver's license, you MUST include a utility bill in your application. The bill must be in your name & match the address on your driver's license (and issued within the last 3 months).

No block scheduling requests & no holiday RTO will be approved.

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license from any point in the past.

Experience required: Current Critical Care, Telemetry experience

Certs: EKG Course/ Telemetry test

Open to accommodating block schedule: (Y/N) NO

RTO with holiday or more than 5 days is submitted

Traveler must have a minimum of 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as an employee to be eligible for submission.

Any gaps in traveler’s profile (3 months or more) REQUIRE an explanation listed in the work history.
