Requirements

Experience

24 months of acute care experience.

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience.

ASN completion required

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years inpatient RN experience,

Required Credentials: Nursing Diploma OR Associate’s Degree (ASN).

Unit/Facility Details: Med/Surg (NKD), Strong PCT support, RN reads tele, titrates heparin only , Dx: CHF, sepsis, DM, post-op , Meds: insulin, heparin, general meds , Skills: CPAP, trach, dialysis, feeding tubes, wound vac.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend.
