Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

BSN completion preferred

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Maryland license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Preferred)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Patient Ratio Experience: 1:5-6

Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous charge experience.

Special Requests: RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review.

Two positive supervisory references, including one from the most recent assignment, must be current and support at least two years of experience in the previous 3 years.

Manager may or may not interview. Clinician must be okay with this. If Clinician has questions, please email the AM.
