Travel Nurse (RN) - Interventional Radiology

Additional Details:

Needing an IR RN or will consider an ICU RN with IR Experience

Radiology Pre and Post Procedural area needs an RN with Pre op/PACU experience/ICU experience

Pre op and recovery of patients post conscious sedation and general anesthesia.

An interview may not be available prior to offer.

No block scheduling.

Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

Shift Notes: Either 0700-1730 or 0730-1800 based on shift need

Weekend & Holiday Requirement The occasional Saturday 1-2 per month, possible holiday requirement if needed.

Plus call - Call shifts average 4-5 shifts a month.

Floor specific orientation 2 shifts

Cases Body IR- chemo embo, Y-90, GJ, IVC filters, vascular access, angiograms, CT biopsy, ablations, US biopsies, thoras, paras. Neuro endovascular, stroke treatment

Common diagnosis / Types of patients Outpatient and inpatient population , critical care, tele

Additional Notes: RN would not be requested to work in the neuro endovascular area, just body IR. No call
