Requirements

Experience

36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

Intermediate AWHONN FHM (Required)

PALS (Required)

Vaccinations

Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

May be asked to float to lower acuities.

Required Credentials:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Required Skills/Experience: Level IlI Neonatal Intensive Care experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: Seven (7) years of recent experience in Level IlI Neonatal Intensive Care (within last ten (10) years) preferred.

No holiday weekend time off will be accepted.

Floating between facilities may be expected between Manteca & Modesto or Riverside & Moreno Valley.

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

You must take a 1 year break between staff and travel for ALL Kaiser facilities.

Must be able to start within 3 weeks of requested start date. ASAP start dates are required to start within 6 weeks.
