Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Hospice experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Scheduling: Expected to work every other weekend, every other holiday where applicable.

Block booking and Schedule patterns are based on department needs.

Guaranteed Hours 40

Nonbillable Orientation hours: 12; Guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation.

Required: Skilled in symptom management experience

Scrubs or nice dress close with lab coat

Willing to travel within the Eastern Region. (Pontiac, Bloomington, Urbana, Danville)
