Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Pediatric Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required from last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

BLS (Required)

PALS (Required)

ACLS (Preferred)

Additional Details:

Recent experience at a teaching facility and recent travel experience preferred.

Parking Paid parking options available on site. MetroRail transportation available if preferred.

No artificial/gel/powder nails are allowed per TCH's policy.

TCH requires any clinician that is or were perm staff to wait 6 months before applying for a traveler position. Please note this timeline may vary slightly because this timeline is based on the units discretion.

Job duties to include Cath Lab Nurse Circulator and Documenter in addition to those listed in Staff Nurse - Inpatient.

Nurse with pediatric cath lab experience, working with Siemens biplane, Sensis documentation and Epic. Experience circulating.
