Travel Nurse (RN) - Operating Room

Required Skills/Experience:

• Need 3's and 4's in Neuro and experience in all service lines. Staff must be well versed on all surgical procedures since we don't have specialized teams for each service line.

Required Credentials:

• RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. Open book exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated

• Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

• Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

• References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weeknight/Call Requirements: 1 night a week on call

• Weekend/Call Requirements: Every 5th or 6th weekend (Sat/Sun) on call

• Holiday/Call Requirements: Rotating holiday call

Floating Requirements: Pre/Post op, PACU if trained, ER for trauma cases
