Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with RPMS (Resource and Patient Management System) is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Flu declinations accepted on condition traveler wears a mask at all times.

15-minute call response time for all units with a call requirement.

Candidate must have Charge Nurse experience.

Shift: flexible to work Nights, weekends, and holidays, if needed.

Conscious Sedation certification

Orientation: on Mondays only - If your traveler misses the compliance deadline, they will push to the following Monday

Traveler should report to Clinical Education, see welcome email for directions. Business casual/scrubs are ok.

Shift Information: 12-hour shift, maybe required to work up to 48 hours/week. Must be flexible, includes days, nights, weekends and holidays. Maximum of 2 shift call offs.
