Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.
Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months
References
Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
ACLS (Required)
NIHSS (Required)
TNCC (Preferred)

Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience:
ICU experience in a Level 1 or 2 Trauma Center
Experience with CTS and Neuro patients
Shift & Scheduling:
Start Date: 2/2 or 2/16
Weekend Requirements: Every 3rd weekend
On-Call Requirements: We do push back and cancellation. This depends on the census and the amount of staff on for the shift.
Holiday Requirements: Yes, 1 major and 1 minor
Floating Requirements: ICU staff floats to our Stepdown/PCU unit
