Requirements
Experience
36 months of acute care experience.
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 36 months of Case Management experience.
BSN completion required
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a California license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
