ER float positions will require floating between different ER satellite locations in the area. A home base facility will try to be established, however this may not be the facility the clinician is regularly at. A schedule will be made in advance, so clinicians is aware of what location they'll be reporting to.

Must have unit/specialty experience in the past 6 months.
Shift & Scheduling: Day/Mid shift: 7a-7p, 9a-9p, 10a-10p, 11a-11p, 12p-12a, 1p-1a, Min 4 weekend shifts per sched
Required Credentials:
Unit Details: beds: 60 beds; 14 are fast track. Bedside Triage.
Equipment Used on Unit: GE Lifepacks monitors
Floating Requirements: Float between Gilbert and Chandler ER (7 miles/15 minutes apart), possibly mid-shifts
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Trauma, MVAs, GSW, blunt trauma, piercing trauma, CVA (Stroke center), MI (CP center), high risk OB (have a separate entrance, Psych holds (4-6 per day) until transferred out, cardioversions, conscious sedation for closed fractures. 11% Peds population,. Only admit 15 or > any younger than 15 are stabilized and transferred.
Previous Employment Requirements: Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year
Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
