Required Credentials:

• DL or State issued ID,
• Therapeutic Options (facility offers training for this cert)

Unit/Facility Details: Patient Ratios: Days: 1:4, Nights: 1:8, Weekends: 1:4

Shift & Scheduling: 7a-15p or 15p-23p, No ON Call

Floating Requirements: All candidates must be willing to float to other areas – even if that is another Integris facility, up to 75 miles.
