12 months of Quality Assurance experience is required from last 12 months.

Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Quality Coordinator

Every other weekend

Associate’s degree is required. Graduate of a School of Nursing program. Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience in an acute care facility preferred.
