Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 10 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 3 years.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Illinois license
Certifications
NIHSS (Required)
BLS (Required)
ACLS (Required)

Additional Details:
All tele will have a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5-7.
Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Unit Details: 20 bed unit, 14 bed will be open.
Exams/Assessments: Will need to pass dysrhythmia exam. Only get 2 chances but gets remediation to help pass
