Tele ACT: Advance Cardiac Therapy

A minimum of 12 months acute care experience in the United States is required. Unit experience must include 12 continuous months.

Shift: every other weekend requirement Fri & Sat) or to meet the needs of the unit.

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Primary patient population are Heart Failure patients or patients with cardiac primary diagnosis (NSTEM, STEMI, s/p Watchman or Cath Procedures, New onset A-fib, A-fib w/ RVR). Manage cardiac drips (Amiodarone, Cardizem, Milrinone, Dobutamine, Heparin) and IV pushes of Metoprolol, Lopressor, Digoxin, Cardizem, etc). MS/Tele patients with cardiac history.

Experience required: 1-2 years MS/Tele experience

May be asked to float to other like MS/Tele departments with the same Nurse to Patient ratios.
