Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a South Carolina license or compact license

Additional Details:

Roles requiring state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits.

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

Rotating weekends

Floating policy: Lev 2 nursery or Well nursery for baby assignment (Census has been full for several months)

Bedside shift report an expectation

Requested Skill Set: PICU including experience with ventilators

Must have: Provide age-appropriate care to children admitted in pediatrics
