Experience

12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required from last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Weekends: Every Other

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

Patient Ratios: 7 to 1

Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Geriatric, adult, peds (no younger than 13).

Must Have Skills/Experience: IRF or SNF experience required

Common Diagnosis/Treatment: neuro, ortho, debility, cardiac, etc
