Experience

36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

36 months of Oncology Unit experience is required from last 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Maine license or compact license

Additional Details:

Surgical Oncology experience preferred

Need to be proficient in end-of-life care as well.

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Hours: Every other weekend. Friday/Saturday Nights. Saturday/Sunday Days

Call Requirements: None

Float Requirements: To other floors as census fluctuates

Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adult oncology/medical/surgical

Must Have Skills/Experience: Chemo certified

Preferred Skillset/Experience: Charge capable, Preceptor capable once trained

Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Cancer
