Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool experience.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Additional Details:

Previous Employment Requirements: Cannot have worked perm for Nationwide for at least 2 years

Required Skills/Experience: : Must have CURRENT PICU exp noted in work history. Please screen if only CVPICU exp, Must rate themselves a 3/4 in Epic

Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching Hospital Experience

Required Credentials: Drivers License/State ID

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit:

Types of Patients on Unit: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Pediatrics

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Coverage: Every Other

Floating Requirements: Will float to NICU, CV PICU, ED, stepdown, and MS as needed. Must be willing to comply with facility float expectations. Will be given an appropriate assignment in these areas. May Float to other ICU units as well as MedSurg units
