Travel Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical Float Pool

Additional Details:

Special Requests: RTO required with submission, must be built into contract.

Required Skills/Experience: Proficient in IV start and telemetry monitoring.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching Hospital Experience

Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

Types of Patients on Unit: Adults, Geriatrics, MS-type patient populations

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: All types

Previous Employment Requirements: Former employees are eligible for a travel assignment once they have been away from the facility for 6 months or more.

Current employees are ineligible to be hired as a traveler at any Ohio State University hospital location.

Exams/Assessment: Dysrhythmia/EKG Exam required for all RNs within 1 year of start – facility accepts a minimum score of 76%. Three attempts maximum.

References: Must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
