Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience within the past 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Unit/Facility Details: The physical therapist assesses, plans, organizes and participates in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength and decrease or prevent deformity of patients suffering from disease or injury. Services are provided across the full continuum and rendered in a cost conscious, quality focused and customer oriented manner. Compliance with all applicable regulatory standards is also required in this role.

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Thurs 9hr days Fri 4hrs.
