Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 10 months of Progressive Care Unit experience.
Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred from any number of months
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Massachusetts license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
ACLS (Preferred)
NIHSS (Preferred)
Vaccinations
Flu vaccination required. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
- Must be able to titrate pressors.
- If no prior travel, level 1 trauma will be required.
Required Credentials: Day one pass/fail testing will be administered. Relias practice tests will be available via Relias.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Rotating days/nights - 7p-7:30a, 7a-7:30p - will rotate in 4 week blocks from days to nights.
- Every other weekend will be required. (Weekends for days - Sat and Sun, weekends for nights will be Fri, Sat, Sun).
Floating Requirements: Will be expected to float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU and other boarding units. Floating occurs in 4 hour blocks while on shift - while floating every 4 hours is rare, it could happen.
