Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License

Additional Details:
Mon-Friday, and every other weekend availability
Physical Therapy Experience - Required: 1 Year inpatient rehab or acute experience
Crisis Prevention training (TEAM) required within 6 months of hire
Degree in Physical Therapy - Required
First Aid certification preferred.
