Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
Annual Skills Checklist is required for submission and can't expire during the expected contract dates.
Shift & Scheduling:
1 weekday call plus every 4-5 weeks weekend call.
Special Requests:
Additional RTO will not be approved including after submission
Required Credentials:
RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated
Required Skills/Experience:
Strong circulating and teching skills for advanced procedures such as EUS, ERCP, etc
