Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

12 months of Home Health experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Weekend and On Call Requirements: Schedule to be determined by facility.

Must have a clear driving record, active driver’s license and current auto insurance. Must provide proof within 48 hours of offer acceptance.

6 patients per day/Productivity of 30 per week

1+ years of recent Home Care experience - Required

IV and venipuncture experience - Highly Preferred
