Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Home Health experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

The Float RN may also serve as back-up to the Clinic RN or HC RN as needed.
Guaranteed Hours: No Guarantee
Shift Information: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
