Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience.

ADN completion required

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New Mexico license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: -Two (2) years current experience required in an 18-plus bed telemetry/progressive care unit required.

Required Credentials: State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License. -BLS and ACLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross. One of the following is required:

-Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN).

-Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN).

Special Requests: -Traveler must provide or pass a Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia/Dysrhythmia Assessment (BCA) exam prior to or during first week of assignment. Travelers that do not pass the BCA test will be dismissed.
