Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 10 months of Occupational Therapy experience.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License

Additional Details:
Unit/Facility Details: Adult inpatient and outpatient therapy. May include treatment of adults for hand therapy in the outpatient area.
Shift & Scheduling: Shift: If OT has more experience in Outpatient, will be working 9 hour days; 7:00AM-4:30pm with 30 minute lunch. If the OT has more experience in Inpatient, they would be scheduled 7 hour days, 8:00AM-3:30PM with 30 minute lunch.
