Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Illinois license

BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Need strong Neuro Skills.
Required Credentials: References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Unit and facility details: Ratios: 5:1 days 6:1 nights.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Day shift 7a-7:30p, Nights 7p-7:30a.
- Every other weekend and every other holiday.
Floating Requirements: Float to LTAC/ med-surg- they will not float to HAU unless trained.
