Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Operating Room experience is required from the last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

There is no shift differential for AM/PM.

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

Special Requests: No Block Scheduling requests. Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

Required Skills/Experience:
-2 years OR Circulating Experience at Acute Care Hospital
-Varied skill set cardiothoracic and vascular surgery.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Neuro Spine experience // > 5 years experience

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: General surgery, robotics, colorectal surgery, neuro spine, ortho, urology

Shift & Scheduling: Weekends covered by on-call 24 hrs Sat/Sun, Call shift during week begins at end of regular shift. Shift ends 5pm, call starts 5pm to 7am, Shift ends 7pm, call starts 7pm to 7am
