Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Home Health experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months.

Experience with Oasis is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Alaska license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Proof of Identification

Driver's license required

Additional Details:

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Must be a self starter (ask for more patients, seek out answers)

Must have a plan for getting up here prior to interview (plan to drive up/rent a car here/buy a car here/ship a car here)

Territory: Eklutna to Girdwood (everyone must be available for patients everywhere, though we try to work with folks where they have housing, but not guaranteed)

On-Call: Not required; voluntary
